Privacy

• What we receive

  Your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), dates, number of guests and whatever you write in the message. That is all the form asks for, and all the virtual host keeps.

• Why

  To answer your booking request and keep track of the beds. Without it we cannot confirm anything.

• Legal basis

  Steps taken at your request before a booking contract, and our legal obligations regarding invoices.

• Who else sees it

  The server the site runs on (Hetzner, Germany) and the service that sends our email (Resend). We do not sell it and give it to no one else.

• How long we keep it

  Requests that go nowhere are deleted after 12 months, bookings 3 years after departure. The server does this by itself, daily.

• What you can ask

  To see what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us and we will answer. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).

• What we do not do

  No advertising trackers, no social media widgets, no external analytics.

For consumers

Accommodation for a specific date or period is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Romanian GEO 34/2014, art. 16). The cancellation terms on the booking page apply instead.
